Howdy ES,
This was the first song of yours that I had heard, if I'm not mistaken. It feels just as fresh and powerful as it did back then. Jerry & Candace, the message is just as timely which makes it classic in it's appeal and it has loads of appeal!!!! It has a powerful mood that permeates the listener's emotions and draws one into the feeling of it and that is excellent songwriting!!!!!! You have a keen sense with using words in lyrics to state the profound, even though it may be a simple line. The guitar work and percussion was awesome and the vocal matched the message in intensity with the music which pours feeling throughout!!!!! This is still one of my favorites from the folks of the Shadowland Electric, because of the good vibe it states about never giving up and come back stronger.....
it's a great message for mankind as a whole and on personal levels. Loads of heart and wisdom in this song and well..... long story short, IT ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
