No claims of being a performer. I just give it what little I've taught myself musically by songwriting. Recorded by mic, straight to computer as sound on sound.
Born at an early age, I was just a kid at the time....from there memory escapes me, until 2000 or 2001 when I decided to teach myself guitar. In order to teach myself guitar, I took to writing songs. From there, I added bass and occasionally, harmonica and a small touch of electric guitar. Not much of a performer, but I love to experiment writing songs. So, it's nine or ten years into it so far....and I've only scratched the surface with tons to learn. Maybe, you'll find something you like on the nearly three pages, I've loaded so far....Comments are welcome, I don't expect all comments to be favorable, but objectively constructive. I make no claims of being a performer....I just give it my best with what little that I've taught myself both musically and in songwriting. All songs are either written, played and sang by myself or my attempt at covering a song by my favorite artists.

String Theory Sunday, May 23, 2010 Wade Farlowe Opening Am A2 (repeating) Am G D Am A2 Am A2 Most folks will tell you that you can't change a thing Am G D Em That the climax will come when they're pulling your strings C D G Am A2 Am A2 Or cosmolecular changes can't occur with one single mind Em D G Am A2 Am A2 Am Seems to me, their string was pulled ahead of time ...and Some say... Am G D Am A2 Am A2 Memories can fool you, if you don't trust a soul Am G D Em If you don't know where we've been, you can't know where to go C D G Am A2 Am A2 That the frequency of your words have to be of one kind Em D G Am A2 Am A2 Am Seems to me, their string was pulled ahead of time Break Am G D Am A2 Am A2 The master of puppets might be a marionette Am G D Em And the strings he pulls, designed to keep you all wet C D G Am A2 Am A2 Or in the thick and thin of change to be of one mind Em D G Am A2 Am A2 Am Seems to me, our strings were pulled ahead of this time Break (fade out)

Wade!!! How are ya?? Your songs always pull me right in!!! Love this! Who is the harmomy voice, great touch. Your 'made up' word is fantastic and quite impressive that you can 'sing' that mouthful of a word!! You should add it to wikipedia!! Your music just always has that special something in it!! Great stuff. Rosie

Hi Wade, Very reminiscent of Working Class Hero to my ears. Must be the use of the Am chord structure and beat. I also enjoyed the trade mark Dylan harmonica. (Wish I could do that. LOL!) Really like your lyrics on this one. Of course I always like your lyrics. I do believe that there is fate.

Well wade no I dont believe in destiny. I think you get lucky or not or make your own luck. The idea is novel, and the song is unique rather isnt it? I mean the way you present it. But this song truly captures that idea. It does. I think i was destined to listen to it.
Love it Wade, awesome job my friend. Have an awesome weekend Cheers and much respect C & N
