This was written as an original piano piece by Nadia Cripps for the 50/90 musical challenge. Sheila Kaufman then added lyrics and a vocal track to this dreamy, magical composition.

Mother Nature
Drew me here
For my comfort's sake.
Swans that swim
Invite me in
Along Enchanted Lake.
Birds are singing,
Their song bringing
Music to my heart.
As I tiptoe,
Stepping so slow,
Water Striders dart.
A few stray raindrops plink.
A doe stops for a drink.
Dawn is breaking.
